About ACTO
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ANNUR CHARITABLE TRUST ORGANIZATION was founded in CAMBODIA in 2013 with a plight and passion for the less privileged communities in regard to equal opportunity and officially registered on 25 March 2022 (Alhamdulilah). We exist to render charitable and humanitarian relief efforts to disadvantaged communities especially towards our Muslim brothers and sisters, and communities at large.
ANNUR CHARITABLE TRUST ORGANIZATION provides emergency disaster relief when it is needed, and spearheads development projects in multiple sectors, including education, income generation, orphan support, health care and nutrition, water and sanitation plus many more others. Our head offices are located in Siem Reap, a sub-urban region of CAMBODIA.
In addition to our international relief and development initiatives, we engage in lifelong projects that promote community equality and sustenance to thousands of homeless and underserved people across the country focusing on; Orphaned life, Helpless elderly, poverty-stricken communities, sanitation and water, medical care and others.

ANNUR CHARITABLE TRUST ORGANIZATION provides development and sustenance in a dignified manner regardless of denominations, and works to empower individuals and families in their communities and give them a survival protection, and voice in the world.

Empowered individuals and families in their communities, self-reliant and actively engaged in the development affairs of their community.

These traits express the belief and define the culture of this organization. We remain guided by the timeless values and teachings provided by the revelations contained within the Qur’an and prophetic example.
Our actions in tackling poverty are marked by excellence in our operations and conduct, which are deserving of the people we serve.
In responding to poverty and suffering, our efforts are driven by sincerity to Allah and the need to fulfill our obligations to humanity.
We believe the protection and well-being of every life is of paramount importance and we shall join with other humanitarians to act as one in responding to suffering brought on by disasters, poverty and injustice.
We uphold our duty of custodianship over the Earth, its resources and the trust people place in us as humanitarian and development practitioners. We are transparent and accountable.
